  Make sure you ask for pricing upfront! $246 for first 45 minute "eval" and $210 for each subsequent 45 minute session. Thankfully the sessions were a complete joke, so I only went to three as this was all out of my pocket to meet my deductible of $500. The people were very nice, but the eval and therapy were literally a joke and they wanted me to go three times a week to do the same ridiculous exercises that could be done by a ninety year old in terrible shape! When I asked for better exercises, I was told that I scored a 1 out of 5 on the strength test for lower abs. I asked what that test was and when it was done, but the therapist could not answer the questions. I was told that all testing was done in the eval, but nobody could tell me what the test was. I then asked what the best exercise was for lower abs and was told flutter kicks. As I am prior Army I am no stranger to these and after doing them for 2 straight minutes while talking to the tech, I then asked how I could score a 1 out of 5, but be able to do this. At $210 for 45 minutes, I expect the best, or maybe I should say demand. At least I figured this all out before more visits as it was 3 weeks after my last visit that I got the first bill and the last visit wasn't even on it! I can't believe any insurance company would even do business with companies like this, but then again, my Blue Cross did adjustments on each line item and made the balance less than half of what they charged, which is still more than they earned. I guess the game is way over charge so that you can get a ridiculous rate after the insurance adjustment while providing substandard services and pay to employees. When money becomes more important than people, especially in health care, the business is over.
